Active Learning

The courses are extremely interactive, and promote active learning at all times. The participants own presentations are used as the case studies, and there are group exercises, discussions, presentations, and group brainstorming sessions throughout.

The courses can be tailored to suit the needs of any particular group or individual, and the more information the participants can give about their own presentation needs in advance, the better this can be done.

Usually courses are run over two days, but this can be adapted to suit the users. Sometimes a one-day course is preferred. On occasions there may be an initial course, with a half-day follow-up session. Sometimes a small group session is desired, or even one-to-one training, which is particularly useful when preparing for a specific presentation task.

The training is adaptable to the user’s needs. The more the participants plan for and contribute to their own training, the more effective it will be.
